Dr. Fawaz Hatem, BDS, MSD is a highly skilled dentist. Having completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Baghdad, Iraq. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master’s degree from the UW School of Dentistry, with specialized training in Oral medicine. He is also fluent in Arabic and English.
